While at Hiyield, I lead the design phase 2 of the Pet GP website and web app, focusing on designing and implementing exciting new features and payment options that added complexity to the web app. Collaborating closely with the Pet GP team, I embarked on enhancing the platform by simplifying the new innovative functionalities that added value to pet owners. Through user testing and research, I crafted user-friendly designs, streamlined user flows, and ensured a cohesive user experience.
