While I was the lead UX designer at Hiyield, I played a pivotal role in transforming the digital experience for BizSpace, the UK’s premier flexible workspace provider. Tasked with revamping their online presence and boosting conversions, I led the charge in redesigning the website. A meticulous modification of the brand and the introduction of a new design system resulted in a visually appealing and seamless interface. Collaborating closely with the BizSpace team, we created a custom search feature with a dynamic map, significantly elevating user engagement. The results were extraordinary, with conversions soaring by an impressive 208%.
